a LITTLE about me…

Hi! I’m Rebbeca,

I grew up in a small rural town in the Midwest,

where stillness came naturally and connection ran deep.

After college, I followed my desire to “see more” and moved to Utah, where the mountains, deserts, and wide-open skies invited me into a more intentional way of living — one rooted in presence, purpose, and a touch of wild adventure.

As someone who’s always had too many interests and not enough hours in the day, I’ve learned along the way to slow down and enjoy the nuances of living.

Photography, writing, hiking, and creative expression have all helped me reconnect with myself — and with the world around me. I use these practices not just as passions, but as outlets for mindful living, creative healing, and personal growth.

While my life is far from perfectly balanced (whose is?), I’m passionate about building a life that feels meaningful and aligned — a life where we honor the quiet moments, explore the unfamiliar, and stay open to what lights us up from the inside out.

I share my journey to help others step into intentional living, feel more grounded in their day-to-day, and explore what the earth has blessed us with — whether you're planning a solo rediscovery trip, learning to slow down, or navigating the beautiful chaos of being human.

If you’re here to explore the in-between spaces — recognize where stillness meets movement and healing meets adventure — then I’m so glad you’re here!
